Alvaro started playing the guitar at 4 years old, inspired by his brother Sebastian who taught him his first chords. He is a native of San Luis, Argentina and comes from a Spanish family. He enjoys playing guitar in different types of ensembles and today composes and arranges his own music with Spanish and Latin American influences and elements of classic rock and jazz. He has been part of many groups such as the 100 Guitarras Mercedinas, El Gran Ballet Argentino, Guitarras al Sur and more in his home country.

Alvaro received his college degree as a superior instrumentalist in the city of Cordoba, Argentina, specifically at La Colmena School of Musicians and today he is finishing his associate degree in fine arts at Snow College. He has received several incentives and scholarships from the university for his performance, being part of the Trent Hanna Community, Studio Blue, and creator of the project “Efecto Dominó”, which is constantly performing in the United States.

During his studies he has been a guitar teacher in various schools and artistic workshops, where he has enjoyed sharing his knowledge.

Besides dedicating his life to music, Alvaro enjoys playing tennis and paddle tennis, spending time with his friends and traveling.
