From intimate fingerstyle guitarists and vocal soloists to full five-piece rhythm sections, our show is outfitted for acts of every size.
Originals & Covers
Introduce original material or deliver reimagined arrangements of timeless standards. We appreciate thoughtful interpretations that resonate with live listeners.
Family-Friendly Vibe
Our show unites listeners of all ages. Sets must remain all-ages appropriate with welcoming stage presence and positive community engagement.

Audition Requirements
To keep the audition review process respectful and timely, please assemble the following two packets before starting your application.
STAGE 01 // ESSENTIAL MEDIA
Performance Media & Bio
We'd like to hear and preferably SEE you play!
- 1 to 3 direct video or audio links (YouTube, Vimeo, or Bandcamp - live room captures preferred)
- Short artist bio (150-250 words) covering genre, lineup, and local performance history
- Primary booking contact phone number and point of contact name
STAGE 02 // TECHNICAL PRODUCTION
Tech & Setup Expectations
Our venue supplies a dedicated house engineer, professional PA, monitor mixes, and vocal mics. Knowing your layout upfront keeps changeovers effortless.
- Input list detailing channels (vocal mics, acoustic DIs, amp lines, drum setup)
- Stage plot or floor plan preference (optional for soloists/duos, strongly encouraged for trios+)
- Tech rider notes highlighting specialty requirements, pedals, or backline requests

We know gig logistics make or break your night. Here is everything you need to know about our compensation, audio gear, and stage format before you take the stage.

What is the compensation and payout structure?
Because we are starting out brand new, this is not a paid gig- rather an opportunity to get on stage to play with people you like, for people you like! If donations come in regularly, this may become a paid opportunity in the future!
How long are performance sets?
Opening acts are allotted 30 minutes of performing time, and headliners are given 60 minutes.
Can we sell our own merchandise during the event?
Yes, absolutely. Bring your stuff, a table, and someone to sell it, and be sure to mention that you offer it from the stage!
What PA equipment and backline do you provide?
Our stage features a full front-of-house digital console, dedicated audio engineer, vocal microphones, DI boxes, amps for bass and 2 guitars, and a standard drum kit. Performers bring their own breakables, cymbals, and instruments
Are there age restrictions for performers or guests?
Thursday Night! Live is an all-ages community gathering. Performers under 18 are welcome to perform and must be accompanied by an adult legal guardian during soundcheck and showcase hours.
When will we hear back regarding our submission?
We review audition material every day. You will receive an official status update by email within a business day of submitting your materials.
